What is the difference between 105 cm and 132 cm?

The 105 cm (42") is ideal for rooms of 10 to 20 m². The 132 cm (52") is suitable for rooms of 15 to 25 m². When in doubt: choose the larger size.

How quiet is the motor really?

Our DC motors are significantly quieter than traditional AC motors. On settings 1 and 2 the fan is virtually inaudible.

Can I use the fan without lighting?

Yes. Fan and lighting are fully independently controllable via the remote.

What do the three color temperatures mean?

3000K is warm white light (cozy). 4500K is neutral white (versatile). 6000K is cool daylight (bright).

How long does delivery take?

Your order is shipped within 1-2 working days. Delivery time: 3-5 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is completely free. No hidden costs.

Can I return my order?

You have 30 days to return your order without giving a reason, in original condition.

What warranty do I get?

All LuxAir fans have 2-year manufacturer warranty in accordance with EU warranty law.

Do I need an electrician?

If there is an existing ceiling lamp connection point, a handy DIYer can install the fan themselves.

How long does installation take?

On average 30 to 45 minutes if a connection point is already present.

Does the fan work with a dimmer switch?

No. The LuxAir fan must be connected to a regular on/off switch. Speed is controlled via the remote.
